SOCAL RAIN

so it's been raining non stop - sometimes torrentially with 50+mph winds - over in LA / socal area since last night, and everything is getting flooded. the LA marathon was today too! people still ran it and some of them got hypothermia. people are crazy. but good job on the dedication.

i'm glad i don't have to go out. i feel like people that live in socal don't realize how pampered they are with the weather, and are generally very ill prepared for any type of natural disaster. especially giant earthquakes and severe storms. i think everyone should make earthquake go bags. but maybe that's just me being paranoid. i mean, after all there have been big quakes going around the ring of fire (which the US west coast is also on) and we're overdue about 100 years for one of our own. yayy. noo

anyway i said i would post up some audio sketches but am wondering how to do that on blogger when they don't offer an option to upload .mp3...

keep in mind.... these are not what i'm coming out with!! they're just fun audio sketches. the actual work is still in progress (and probably will be for a while) so that'll come later.
