1 week left

ok.. getting over my UC laziness has been hard. realllly hard. but somehow i'm managing. of course i'm set back a lot on finishing, but isn't that always the case with these kinds of things? i still have the bulk of the digital part to do on the portfolio but all the concepts/line drawings/pre-coloring things have been done. ALL OF THEM!!! i feel pretty accomplished even though i still have a lot hanging over my head.

this is the last week to work on things. every day has to count...

what i have left:

+ digitizing the synesthesia project, motor horse, rorschach thing

+ compose a few shorts in logic

+ put together some samples of the graphic novel i'm working on into a synopsis PDF

+ gather previous works/polish them up if needed to be included in the portfolio

+ finish application/essays

+ pick up ELAC transcripts

+++ meet with art center counselor

not bad i guess. still a lot of work but it's more "busy work" and shouldn't take too much time... as long as i can keep working and stop getting distracted.

on another note, i just watched the banksy film "exit through the gift shop." totally not what i was expecting, but in a good way. very interesting documentary and very hilarious message. art collectors are suckers.
